Now that I know where you are I won't have a problem finding you again but on the first go-round, I tried to follow the directions but ended up finding you quite by accident after I realized I was lost. I came in from the 94 on to the 5. Everything else; attendants, shuttle, etc. was great.

This is the first time we have used Aladdin for cruise parking. The structure was easy to find and secure. The parking spots were a little small, so big vehicles might have a problem, at least where we at. The attendants were very friendly and helpful. All and all a great parking experience. We will definitely be parking there again.

Unfortunately when we arrived to pick up our car, it was “dead” your wonderful staff jump started the car and off we went- be grateful for such nice people!!!

Used Aladdin before for airport parking and did not realize they book for cruise parking! RIGHT ON!! Will use again, attendants helped with my heavy luggage.

Not any problems . . . we always feel good when we leave our car at Aladdin Airport Parking. Thanks for keeping the location clean and safe. Also . . . we appreciated the short wait time after our call asking for a shuttle to pick us up at the Cruise Ship terminal. We will use Aladdin again.

GPS directions to the lot was perfect. The staff at lot were helpful and prompt. The shuttle ride to the port was immediate and the driver was cordial and loaded my luggage gladly. The return wait was about 6 minutes at a busy time of day. I used Aladdin 5 years ago and now that I returned to San Diego, Aladdin is my parking spot again. The security of parking in a lot was very important to me and exceeded all my expectations!
