  • The parking experience and shuttle to pier went very well. However the return shuttle was quite an experience. We had to wait over an hour for the first shuttle, there were three in a row; most of the blame had to do with Royal Caribbean. The time we disembarked the ship the shuttles were dropping off passenger's at the pier and the shuttles were not allowed to continue on to pick-up passenger's on the way out of the pier. Once the shuttles dropped of passenger's they had to exit the pier area and return and wait in a long line before they could pick-up passenger's, by the time they exited the pier area it was easier to return to the parking area and pick-up passenger's for drop-off again and hope that they would be the correct drop-off lane to continue to the pick-up area if not the cycle would continue. Hopefully Royal Caribbean will work the bugs out of the system. The passenger drop-off, pick-up area is to congested and needs an upgrade. I sent an email to Royal Caribbean about i

  • A great place to park and not worry about your car. They met our car with umbrellas because it was raining. The guys help load our bags into a waiting shuttle. We arrived at the ship ten minutes later. When we returned the shuttle was there waiting. We were in our car and heading home in record time. This was my first time, but not the last. Thanks
