Although I appreciated the amenities and customer service, there were a couple of drawbacks. Firstly, an additional charge for Mid-Full-size vehicles was not mentioned upfront and only appeared on the final receipt. Secondly, oversized vehicles like vans and SUVs incurred extra daily fees.
