Had a fantastic experience with Crystal Gateway Marriott's airport parking. The location being less than 2 miles from DCA Airport is so convenient! Love their complimentary shuttle service, it runs like clockwork every 30 minutes and never had to worry about reaching late for my flight. Makes traveling that much more relaxed. The hotel amenities were top-notch as well. Got to enjoy access to Wi-Fi, comfortable lounges, restaurants, and restrooms while waiting. It was great to see the property staffed and monitored round-the-clock - felt very safe leaving my car there. Customer service deserves special mention. Each individual I interacted with was professional yet friendly, ready to assist in any way possible. Had no issues presenting my email confirmation upon arrival, everything was streamlined and efficient. The only minor hitch was that they don't offer privileges for multiple entries and exits within one reservation period. But other than that, couldn't ask for a better airport parking experience. Highly recommended.
