I arrived much earlier than expected but it wasn’t a problem. Staff was friendly and let me use the bathroom before heading to the airport. My car seemed in safe hands.

The arrangements were done on line and went very smoothly, no problems whatsoever. When we arrived at Motel 6, we went to the front desk with our reservation and they gave us a receipt and we had self parked near the front. We only waited around 10 minutes for the shuttle van. They sent three vans to accommodate the numbers of us waiting. Upon our return three days later, the shuttle picked us up and the driver was very courteous and caring and attentive to our comfort. Good experience overall!

Departure was OK. Got through some basic paper work and waited for about an 1/2 for shuttle. Return not so good. Called at 12:59 AM for shuttle pick and was told about a 1/2 hour. Called back at 1:42 AM and was told 10 minutes. Called back at 2:21AM and no one would answer. I took Uber to get my vehicle.
