Entire process was painless. I prepaid, showed my paperwork to parking rep, got placard, parked my car, displayed the issued placard, locked my car and used a courtesy van to get to the airport. On my return, I rode courtesy van from airport, picked up my car and turned in placard/ticket to notify management that I had returned and picked up my car. Car was as I left it. I would use this parking again.

It was a great experience. Very easy to reserve a place to leave my vehicle. Facility was a secure location. I felt very comfortable leaving me vehicle. Check in was smooth. Very quick shuttle ride to airport. On the return trip, it was very easy to call and ask for pickup. Once again, a smooth ride and ckeck out. Very satisfied with this experience.it relieved all of the stress from having to get a ride to and from the airport. Very reasonably priced and staff very courteous and helpful. Will use this place again.

Parking was easy. There are no parking lot attendants. The surface where we parked our vehicle was in standing water on our return,but to be fair there had been lots of rain. Staff were friendly and it is near to airport. Shuttle runs to 11pm so we had to take a taxi to retrieve our vehicle. However we were aware of this when we booked. Overall we were pleased with our choice and would use again in the future.

The driver at the Best Western was extremely friendly and entertaining. Gave us great tips and pointers for our next trip. On the way back, we called and waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. I'm glad I chose to park there.

So much better than other airport parking . Nice van to ride in . Very quick to get you to and from the airport . The attendant was very friendly and helpful with my luggage . Nice to get water, have a bathroom to use and wait in an air conditioned area.

The service was super quick and the gentleman that checked us in and out was very courteous. We forgot something on top of our car and realized when we were too far out to turn around, the attendants were not only willing to retrieve our property, they also held it for us until we returned. We were super grateful for that level of customer service.

The shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the Best Western to the airport. Called the Best Western when our plan arrived and they came right away to pick us up. We were at our car 20 minutes after the plane touched down. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
