Visited Routes Airport Parking for our ORD trip and was quite satisfied. The parking facility lived up to its ten-year reputation with a secure, gated lot, and the staff presence 24/7 was reassuring. Customer service was on point; attendants were welcoming and assisted promptly upon arrival. The complimentary shuttle proved super convenient with their on-demand service, ensuring we didn't have any anxious waits or rush during our transfers to and from the airport. Appreciated that the shuttles allowed up four passengers per reservation; it made coordinating with my group seamless. Adherence to schedule is necessary though—arriving 30 minutes before the intended airport time is key for a smooth check-in process. One minor snag was extra charges for oversized vehicles which could add to your cost if you're not careful. For anyone needing reliable and efficient ORD parking, this place has the amenities and service down pat, minus any significant hassle. Would park here again.

It was unclear when I arrived for the first time where I was to leave my car, find assistance, etc. -- so full I couldn't see the posted signs. But before I even entered the lobby, a driver met me, filled out all the paperwork, and got me into his van. The same driver picked me up a week later when the covid-19 concerns had drastically impacted travel. He wisely wore gloves. I wish I knew his name, a young man from Turkey, I believe he said. He was fabulous both times, personable and knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He will be the reason I use ORD Routes Airport Parking again in the future. Counter workers were okay, probably stressed by the drop in business. It's the driver who makes the difference for me, the reason to return.
