I'm a very happy customer with Prestige Parking. The reservation and payment through their website was very easy. When I got there, the process of dropping the car and head to the airport didn't take more than 5.minutes. My flight back arrived at 1:00 am, and when I called to get my ride back to the parking place they answered the phone right away and didn't take 10 minutes to the van driver showed up. The parking spots are big, my car was very safe. I super recommend.

Initially the lot was difficult to find. However we called the phone number on our reservation and they quickly directed us to the lot. The wait for the shuttle at the lot was approximately 10 minutes and approximately 15 minutes at the airport after our return. The lot is a secure lot that is staffed 24 hours a day. The cost was less than half what it would cost to park at airport. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Would recommend this as an alternative to airport parking. Will use lot again.

This was the first time I have ever parked off site and was very nervous about doing it. I must say, it was a very pleasant experience and the free shuttle service to Miami International was nice. They have around the clock personnel and CCTV so be assured your vehicle will be safe.

Despite this parking facility being so close to the airport it was a little difficult to find as the sign at the entrance was only on one side and the direction we were traveling in, we past it and had to turn around and look slowly and carefully. When we found it the staff were very pleasant and we had no issues upon departure or arrival. Very accommodating and would use again if the need arises. Price was excellent as well.

Everything was perfect except we were not told that it was Prestige and not Rightway. Also the street number given 3377 is impossible to find.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to make an online reservation. The drivers who took us to the airport and later picked us up were very friendly and skilled at negotiating the traffic on a busy afternoon. I would use them again for long term parking in a heartbeat!
