A complimentary shuttle service is provided with every online reservation to and from the airport.

SHUTTLE INFORMATION
Shuttle Service Runs 4:00 AM - 11:00 PM Every 30 Minutes, 365 Days a Year.
Shuttle runs every 30 min on the hour and half hour. (Ie; 4:00 AM, 4:30 AM, 5:00 AM etc.)
Return Instructions will be provided at check-in and in the email/text confirmation.
Guests can still use parking if traveling outside of our shuttle hours and use their favorite ridesharing service.

Present the email/text confirmation printed out or via a smart device when you arrive.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your desired arrival time at the airport.

Driver very courteous and friendly. Current users should be warned of the construction on off-ramp at Thorn Run Road heading north on 376 should be warned to take the previous exit.

Friendly front desk and drivers. Shuttles leave on the half hour, so depending on your arrival, could be short wait. Parking seems well lighted. Overall experience was nice. I'd park there again.

Airport parking at the Sheraton was as easy as could be. Everyone I encountered: desk staff and shuttle drivers were friendly and accommodating. It was particularly nice for my post trip return shuttle driver to take me directly to my car and then wait to be sure my car started in the frigid cold weather.

Very good experience both to and from the airport. The driver to the airport went out of his way to assist us and we got to the airport much sooner than expected. On the way back from the airport upon our return to Pittsburgh, we were picked up within 10 minutes.

Check in process fairly simple, although It would be preferable if parking form might be provided online so it could be filled out prior to arriving at facility. Wait times for shuttles were reasonable and all personnel were curteous. Good experience overall.
