when we arrived, we were not asked if we had reserved or not and were told to just go find an empty spot on the uncovered rows. after driving around in confusion, knowing I had paid for cover, I took it upon myself to find a spot in covered parking. the shuttle driver arrived moments later, loaded our bags and then asked if I had paid for covered parking to which I answered yes and showed him my email confirmation. this was the only complaint I had. both shuttle drivers were great!!
