It was a great experience. When I returned the shuttle was at the airport quickly and the driver was friendly. I didn't have to go in to check out. I just got in my car and left. Easy

The staff, to include the shuttle driver, were outstanding especially on Dec. 29th into the morning of Dec. 30. My flight was supposed to land at 11:50 pm and the last shuttle run ends and midnight. The driver and hotel receptionist were very understanding and ensured I would still be shuttled. They both went over and beyond. I personally this type of good-ole fashioned customer service.
