The parking lot was packed by the time I arrived but I was able to find a spot and the shuttle was just on time. By the time I return my wait time was less than 2 minutes!!

Service is always good with this hotel. Had to wait a little longer to be picked up but it was a busy time of the day. The drivers are very courteous and pleasant. Will continue to use Red Roof in the future.

Staff was friendly. Pickup and drop off was efficient. Car was in one piece however had to park curbside due to limited spots. I will use Red Roof for parking again.

The shuttle leaves every half hour. Parked my car within a few minutes of arrival and checkin and was on the shuttle to the airport a few minutes later. The driver is prompt and friendly. When we got back into town and picked up our luggage, I called for the shuttle a little after midnight and he was there within 10 minutes. We were dropped off at our car and it was as I had left it. I was a little hesitant about leaving my car at a hotel parking lot for a week, but after this experience, I'll do it again. Highly recommended!

Parking at the Red Roof Inn made for very convenient experience getting to and from our flight. Parked car in torrential rain storm and checked in at desk. Shuttle was waiting and friendly driver took us direct to our gate. We called after retrieving our luggage and shuttle was waiting at the pick up zone just a few doors down. Highly recommend.

The gentleman who helped us get to our car from the airport was very friendly and welcoming. The ride back was to the car was also very pleasant. Once at the parking lot, the other gentleman who welcomed us there was also very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed using this service, and I will do so again. Thank you to each of you who made us feel welcome.

Super awesome experience!! Easy to find and leave, just off the Interstate. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Shuttle was clean and air conditioned with very nice drivers both to and from airport. Drops you off at the gate you need and returns to the hotel check in area. Much better price than some of the other lots and just as secure. Will definitely use again!
