General Info
No Smoking is allowed in Rogers Place. No outside food or beverages permitted. Cameras & Video equipment are not permitted. Ticket exchanges and refunds are not permitted. No Re-Entry: Exiting and re-entering the building will not be permitted at Rogers Place. Once a ticketed guest has been scanned in to Rogers Place, the guest cannot exit the building and return during the event. Guests with emergencies will be assisted by the Rogers Place Guest Experience Team on a case-by-case basis. ROGERS PLACE ALCOHOL POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ON AN EVENT BY EVENT BASIS Children under 24-months of age do not require a ticket if they are able to sit on the ticket holder’s lap and do not obstruct the view or comfort of other guests. Children aged 24-month and older do require a ticket. ROGERS PLACE CHILD POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE ON AN EVENT BY EVENT BASIS
Accessible Seating
Rogers Place is fully accessible. Accessible seating is available in every seating level providing the same options available to all guests. In addition, all Executive Suites, Theatre Boxes and select Loge Tables are full accessible. Rogers Place can accommodate one attendant per barrier free guest. The attendant seats are located beside the barrier free position. If an attendant is not required then a single wheelchair seat can be purchased. Tickets are required for both the barrier free guest and attendant. Note: for concerts and various family shows/events, accessible seating may be reduced due to sight lines and restricted areas. Please note, the Floor is not wheelchair accessible unless otherwise noted.

The Box Office is located on the southeast side of Rogers Place in the Ford Hall. Regular Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: Closed Oilers/Oil Kings Games - Hours: Monday to Friday Games: 9:00 AM until beginning of third period. Saturday, Sunday & Holiday Games: 12:00 PM until beginning of third period. Concert/Live Entertainment Events - Hours: Monday to Friday Events: 9:00 AM until one hour after show start time. Saturday, Sunday & Holiday Events: 12:00 PM until one hour after show start time.
