General Info

Guests may not leave Target Field and re-enter once they have entered the facility. Target Field is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is no longer allowed anywhere within Target Field or its appurtenant areas. This includes the ballpark itself, Target Plaza, the Promenade behind the ballpark and the 5th and 7th Street sidewalks adjacent to Target Field. Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited at Target Field. There is no re-entry at Target Field. Anyone who has had a 2nd birthday is required to have a Ticket for the show. Family restrooms are located on the Main Concourse at sections 111, 123, 132, 134, as well as across from the camera platform above centerfield; in the Grandstand section 238; on the Suite Concourse near Suite 14 and Skyline Suite 2; and on the Terrace Concourse at sections 208, 214, and 220. If a more private environment is desired, please visit the nearest Guest Service Center.

Accessible Seating

Guests with limited mobility may use either of the Drop Off Zones along 7th Street, near both the Majestic Clubhouse Store and Gate 14. No accessible parking permit is required to use these Drop-Off Zones, but these are strictly drop off zones with no parking permitted in either zone. Guests with special needs should refer to the Target Field Access Guide for complete information. This guide is available at all Guest Service Centers, as well as online in the "Target Field" section of www.twinsbaseball.com.

Box Office

The main Target Field Box Office is located on Target Plaza. Tickets will only be sold in person at the Target Field Box Office On the day of the show. The Box Office will open at 9am on Show days and remain open until the show is underway.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com. For customer service please call 1-800-653-8000 during these hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-9PM, Sat 9AM-8PM and Sun 9AM-6PM. For general Target Field information the Target Field Call Center can Be reached at 1-800-33-TWINS or 612-33-TWINS. Hours of the Call Center are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm as well as During all Minnesota Twins live game broadcasts.

Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Target Field Box Office On show day only during the Box Office hours.
